Allow approximately 4 - 6 weeks for delivery on refinished classic tubs unless otherwise negotiated at the point of purchase.
Please be aware that refinished classics are true antique tubs and sinks that have had decades of use. The porcelain will be refinished to restore much of the original smooth texture and glossy appearance. The exterior of the tubs and sinks are cleaned and sanded to remove all the old paint and dust and then refinished in a color of your choice. Please note that any rough texture or pitting that maybe on the tubs are a result of the original casting process. These irregularities are unique to each tub and sink and give them their authentic quality. Therefore our restoration process does not include making the cast iron exterior of the tubs smooth as we do the porcelain interiors.
In the rare event of damage during shipping, do not accept delivery. Open the crate to inspect the item. If there is damage to the tub do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately at 1-585-388-7250. Because handling of items during shipping is not under our control, we cannot issue refunds for damaged shipments. We will replace the damaged items as soon as possible.
Any agreed upon return and/or cancellations that is not due to damageded items will be charged a 25% restocking fee and will be accepted for returning within 30 days of the original shipping date. Items must be in perfect, uninstalled condition, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges shipping charges will not be refunded.
Your authorized monetary deposit at the point of purchase shall stand as your agreement to all of the above terms and conditions.
